About the Role

The Administrative Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Mall Operations Team by providing high-level coordination, managing diaries, and organizing travel arrangements and events. This position requires strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coordination and support to the Mall Management team, including meeting preparations and diary management.
  • Organize travel arrangements and events for the Mall Management team, and assist with employee engagement tasks as needed.
  • Support in writing letters in Arabic, translating documents and reports, and coordinating meetings with authorities to ensure smooth communication during major events.
  • Serve as the Ariba Administrator, raising PR/SRFs/LPOs, coordinating with CP/Finance, and maintaining the LPO tracker for timely closure of LPOs.
  • Back up the Line Manager and Support Team, manage incoming and outgoing mail/documents, and provide reception support as needed.
  • Assist in organizing events for the Mall Management team to strengthen office culture and act as a liaison with authorities during major events.
