Job Summary

Asterix Communications is seeking a highly skilled Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that accident repair estimates are prepared in a profitable and timely manner.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Liaise with Service Advisors to receive accident vehicles from customers and ensure a smooth workflow.
  2. Verify Police Reports and related documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  3. Conduct Thorough Inspections of accident vehicles, prepare lists of essential parts, and collaborate with the Parts Department to obtain necessary information for preparing estimates.
  4. Coordinate with Workshop Supervisors to prepare estimates through Audatex and ensure timely completion.
  5. Record and File Approval Details in the system and maintain accurate records.
  6. Liaise with Service Advisors for work progress updates and ensure seamless communication.
  7. Advise and Inform Insurance Companies of additional job requirements and secure approval through revised estimates.
  8. Prepare Weekly Reports on estimate status and analyze conversion ratios to optimize performance.
  9. Undertake Additional Responsibilities as required to support the team and achieve business objectives.
  10. Define Performance Goals with the Service Manager and ensure their achievement throughout the year.
  11. Identify Training and Development Needs and collaborate with the Service Manager to arrange and attend relevant training.
  12. Maintain High Levels of Proficiency in all competencies and skills required for the role.

Requirements
  • Experience with Audatex Estimate System is essential.
  • Proven Ability to Work Independently and with Others is required.
  • Cultural Sensitivity and Complex Human Relationships Management skills are necessary.
  • Advanced MS Office Skills are required.
  • Fluent English and Arabic Language Skills are preferred.
  • 2-4 Years of Experience in a Related Field/Role is required.
  • High School Diploma is preferred.
