Since our inception, we have successfully furnished over 1000 homes, and our latest venture, www.kurtains.ae, specializes in custom-made curtains. We seek an operations manager to oversee our installation teams, manage their daily activities, and implement best-in-class operational processes for MAKAN Furniture.

The role requires a driving license, as frequent driving is necessary during work hours.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Development: Develop a skilled installation team by hiring, training, and mentoring technicians.
  2. Scheduling Optimization: Design and implement efficient scheduling and dispatch systems for installation teams.
  3. KPI Management: Establish, monitor, and improve key performance indicators for curtain installation services.
  4. Quality Audits: Regularly conduct quality audits at installation sites to ensure high standards are maintained.
  5. Operational Growth: Assist in scaling Kurtains operations and developing standardized processes.
  6. Client Issue Resolution: Address potential client issues related to installation services, providing timely solutions.

Essential Requirements:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in fast-paced client-facing operations (shipping, logistics, transportation).
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  3. Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to progress rapidly in your career.
  4. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, with a willingness to learn new digital tools.
  6. Prior experience in the curtains industry and entrepreneurial experience are highly valued.
