Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Analysis and Planning: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, prepare budgets and forecasts, and monitor financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.
  2. Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders, and develop comprehensive financial dashboards and presentations.
  3. Commercial Analytics: Provide financial support and guidance for strategic initiatives, support business cases for new projects and investments, and perform financial analysis for mergers and acquisitions.
  4. Month-End Procedures: Assist with preparations for month-end close, analyze transactions to understand variances, and perform ad-hoc activities as delegated.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with 5 years of experience in finance analytical roles, preferably in FP&A.
  2. Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting techniques, with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis through advanced use of Excel.
  3. Prior experience with SAP4Hana and advanced use of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  4. Bilingual Arabic and English, with excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and strong communication, presentational, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with a desire to create a best-in-class planning and analytics function.
