Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Off-Plan sales management or a similar role in Dubai or the UAE.
  • Proven track record of driving sales processes from plan to close.
  • Excellent people management skills, including mentoring, coaching, and negotiation.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with the UAE's real estate laws and regulations.
