We are seeking a highly skilled Project Planning Specialist with 5-7 years of experience in civil and construction project management, preferably with ADNOC experience.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of civil and construction projects to ensure timely completion while adhering to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to ensure successful project execution.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure projects meet ADNOC and industry regulations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project costs and optimize resource allocation to achieve cost-effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate project teams to promote effective communication and collaboration.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present project progress reports to management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in civil and construction project management.
  • Preferably experienced in ADNOC-related projects.
  • A strong knowledge of project management methodologies, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
