- Valid DHA license as a Phlebotomist
- Experience working in the UAE healthcare system
- Strong knowledge of venipuncture techniques and blood collection procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with patients in a friendly and empathetic manner
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Current BLS certification is a plus
