Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Bellman to join our team at Accor. As a Bellman, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guest Services: Assist guests with heavy packages, coats, and suitcases, providing courteous and efficient service.
  2. Baggage Handling: Adhere to guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring timely and secure baggage handling.
  3. Front Desk Support: Welcome guests at the main entrance, greet them with a smile, and provide assistance with check-in and check-out processes.
  4. Transportation: Assist arriving and departing guests by opening and closing car and taxi doors, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.
  5. Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and tidy entrance, drive-way, and lobby, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  6. Guest Rooming: Room guests in accordance with hotel standards, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
  7. Hotel Facilities: Provide information to guests about hotel facilities and services, including room amenities and local attractions.
  8. Guest Relations: Learn and utilize guest names, especially repeat and long-staying guests, and routinely greet them as they pass through the lobby.
  9. Team Support: Assist other employees in the department, replacing them temporarily when necessary, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
  10. Logistics: Keep the baggage room clean and in order, and arrange transport with the Airport Concierge and coordinate luggage.

  2. Guest Focus: Ability to be attentive to guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
  3. Cultural Awareness: Ability to promote positive relations with hotel residents and patrons, and exercise good judgment with difficult guests.
  4. Language Skills: Fluency in English and Russian language is a must.
  5. Technical Skills: Well-oriented in Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications
  1. Experience: At least 1-2 years experience working as Bellman in a 4-5 star hotel.
  2. Education: No specific education requirements mentioned.
