Requirements:

  • Financial Expertise: Solid understanding of financial statements and analytics, proficiency in finance and accounting principles.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of driving financial performance.
  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in finance or accounting, with a professional accounting certification (CPA, CA) preferred.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 15+ years of experience in holding companies within the FMCG manufacturing industry.
  • Language Skills: Familiarity with tax laws and regulations in the UAE, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
