**Business Intelligence Insights Analyst**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Insights Analyst to join our team at Majid Al Futtaim. As a key member of our analytics team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our businesses and proactively engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Lead analytics engagements across the group to drive business outcomes and develop strategic insights.
  • Design and implement initiatives to disseminate regular insights to our businesses and verticals.
  • Ensure that insights are received and acted upon by stakeholders, and take ownership of accountability for the impact of those insights.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the external business environment, including market trends, competition, and regional and global benchmarks relevant to our group.
  • Collaborate with function leads across different business units to identify and scope BI, reporting, and data analysis needs.
  • Capture and interpret detailed user requirements on business cases and studies, and define optimal BI solutions to meet user needs.

Data Management & Operations

We are committed to delivering high data accuracy and quality across our group. As a Business Intelligence Insights Analyst, you will contribute to this vision by:

  • Partnering with data engineering and business units to ensure data is accurately and effectively utilized across the group.
  • Developing and embedding insight-led analytics versus data reporting.
  • Collecting and extracting required data from multiple sources, including internal data warehouses and market data.
  • Defining data quality standards and devising data validation rules to ensure data accuracy.
