Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee a hazard-free environment.
  • Evaluate and approve subcontractor safety plans to ensure alignment with our company's policies.
  • Verify the quality of tools and equipment used on site.
  • Promote safe practices among personnel and subcontractors.
  • Develop and enforce effective safety guidelines and programs.
  • Assist in creating a construction health and safety plan that meets industry standards.
  • Attend project planning meetings and collaborate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Project Engineers.
  • Establish and maintain clear communication channels for health and safety matters.
  • Test the effectiveness of site emergency response plans.
  • Monitor and update all safety-related documents, reports, and issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are mandatory.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE HSE laws, international standards, and industry best practices.
  • Expertise in risk assessment and hazard identification techniques.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in MS Office and HSE management systems.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of AED 3,000 - 5,000 per month.
