Job Responsibilities:
Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates by analyzing project plans, specifications, and materials. Ensure that all estimates are thorough, detailed, and presented in a clear and concise manner.
Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for fit-out projects, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints. Utilize your analytical skills to identify areas for cost savings and optimize project spending.
Cost Tracking: Regularly monitor project costs, track variances, and provide early identification of potential cost overruns. Develop and implement strategies to minimize unnecessary expenses and maximize profitability.
Forecasting: Provide accurate financial forecasts and reports to assist in decision-making and project planning. Identify trends, make informed decisions, and inform strategic business objectives.
Vendor and Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms, minimizing project costs without compromising quality.
Requirements:
- 3+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in cost estimation, budget management, and cost tracking.
- Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and develop effective solutions.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
