Job Summary :

The Financial Manager will oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and effective management of financial resources. Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans that align with the company's objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and monthly variance reports.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to ensure organizational stability.
  • Provide expert financial analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Coordinate with auditors during the audit process and manage financial audits.
  • Supervise the finance team, providing mentorship and training to associates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Financial Manager or similar role in a finance department.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting principles.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role.
  • Experience in strategic financial planning and analysis.
