Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Assistant Resident Engineer, you'll oversee the supervision team, monitor construction activities, and ensure high-quality results.
">About the Job:
- Supervise and direct the construction supervision team, including site engineers, work inspectors, and surveyors.
- Monitor and inspect contractor's construction activities to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Review and approve fabrication/shop/working/as-built drawings, design proposals, and other related documents.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including daily diaries and progress updates.
- Coordinate with Parsons' design Engineers to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with specifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in design, site supervision, and construction management of major roads and infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to attend in-person interviews in Abu Dhabi.
