Job Description

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing our e-commerce platforms, creating and implementing the e-commerce strategy, and analyzing account performance metrics to inform business decisions.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • E-commerce Platforms Management: Ensure seamless management of Amazon, Noon, and other e-commerce platforms to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • E-commerce Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy to stay competitive and meet customer demands.
  • Product Sourcing: Source new products based on market analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Price Comparison: Conduct regular price comparisons with competing brands to ensure competitiveness.
  • Account Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report account performance metrics, sales, competitive listings, and pricing to inform business decisions.
  • PPC Optimization: Optimize PPC campaigns and Amazon algorithm to improve ad visibility and click-through rates.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to identify relevant terms and phrases for product listings.
  • FBA Strategies: Develop and apply strategies on Amazon FBA to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.
  • E-commerce Website Management: Manage the company's own Shopify-based e-commerce website to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Customer Experience: Improve customer experience across all channels and ensure marketing plans are implemented smoothly.
  • E-commerce Services: Focus on e-commerce services and ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective issue resolution.
  • eCommerce Product Management: Maintain and optimize eCommerce product descriptions, fields, attributes, and images to enhance customer engagement.
  • Image Editing: Perform basic product image editing using Photoshop to ensure high-quality visual content.
  • Customer Support: Collaborate with staff to handle website customer support needs and provide timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Inventory Management: Stock-in products on Company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Data Entry: Enter Sales Invoices, Purchase Returns, Credit Notes, and other entries in Company's ERP to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Data Analysis: Provide weekly and monthly sales reports and website analytics to inform business decisions.
