HR and Training Specialist

About the Role

The HR and Training Specialist will work closely with the Training Manager to identify and select external training solutions, and the formulation, planning and delivery of all internal training, leadership and development programmes. They will be responsible for implementing and administering training programs that will improve soft skills, behaviours, knowledge and leadership skills. The training should include multiple methods such as mobile learning, classrooms both in person and online, as well as workshops and coaching to adopt the most effective and sustainable learning. Additionally, the HR and Training Specialist will also prepare the training budget, long-term planning and provide periodic reports reflecting the training needs and the recommendation of training solutions across the business.

About You

This role will work closely with other departments and stakeholders; therefore, the candidate must be a strong team-player. Whilst working in a team, this role will also have the candidate working independently; therefore, they must be a highly motivated self-starter, an innovative thinker with an excellent career attitude, striving for growth.

Requirements

  • Four to eight years training experience, ideally having worked within the Automotive Sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in all aspects of training including planning, designing, delivery and administration.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; Arabic is advantageous, but not essential.
