At Adnoc Petroleum, we are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of LV/HV electrical equipment and systems across our plants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Conduct thorough troubleshooting on LV/HV electrical equipment and systems, and implement corrective actions to ensure optimal performance.
  • Supervision and Coordination: Supervise and coordinate installation, repair, and maintenance jobs for electrical equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and vendor/OEM instructions.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Monitor and inspect work execution to ensure quality and adherence to company standards and regulations.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of electrical maintenance technicians, ensuring they have the necessary tools, equipment, and training to perform their duties effectively.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with planners, operation teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of maintenance activities and optimal use of resources.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to shift personnel and ensure that all maintenance activities are executed safely and efficiently.
  • Equipment Reliability and Availability: Supervise electrical maintenance jobs to minimize failures, reduce pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up delays, and ensure equipment reliability and availability.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in electrical maintenance, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
