Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth and client satisfaction in the perfumery industry.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing direct business with local accounts in the region; achieving sales-related financial targets for the affiliate/area; translating/implementing the Zone sales strategy into the specific market/area sales plan.
  • Using pricing tools and directives to achieve margin targets (PM & GM); optimizing sales force customer coverage in line with local, technical, marketing, and Global accounts requirements.
  • Securing and maintaining account plans for customer areas of responsibility; providing ongoing customer support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction; quoting and negotiating following Corporate pricing directives.
  • Contribution to management on market needs for future strategies; developing and sustaining productive customer partnerships at all levels; implementing corporate commercial strategies (e.g., currency, packaging transport, payment terms...).
  • Documentation via sales calls, interpreting briefs, and communicating that information to their respective division, to the marketing and technical functions to ensure open communications so that customer requirements are appropriately communicated and satisfied.
  • Maintaining awareness of competitive activities, prices, and new business opportunities; issuing comprehensive action reports as per client's briefs; monitoring commercial expenses.
