Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Forte Clinical Laboratory. The primary objective of this position is to drive new business development, lead generation, and account management. Key responsibilities include building business relationships, primarily driving sales, and coordinating with the Laboratory operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve targets.
  2. Originate initial contact with proprietary contacts network and follow up by generating leads on targets.
  3. Owning and updating contract templates based on unique client circumstances, ensuring full document compliance and following the contracting process until contract signing and approval.
  4. Investigate competition status (prices/services) and advise on cost/benefit impact of pricing while proposing deal-closing prices to the direct manager.
  5. Servicing all customer requirements along the contract duration and maintaining a pipeline of contracts/clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven 4-6 years experience in a similar role for a licensed Medical Laboratory in Dubai and/or the northern Emirates.
  • Tangible sales record in working with licensed medical providers using reference laboratories.
  • Solid experience in Dubai insurance formalities.
  • A robust network of contacts within hospitals, clinics, referring physicians, insurance, and HSE management of corporates.
  • Clinical experience and education in our field of services is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
