About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned Employee Experience Manager to join our team at Americana Foods. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and improve organizational performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive employee engagement strategy aligned with business objectives, retention goals, and EVP enhancement.
  • Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate with Communications, HR, and Business Leaders to ensure consistent employer branding and effective implementation of engagement initiatives.
  • Own Key Metrics: Define key employee experience metrics and ensure engagement efforts are data-driven and outcome-focused.
Operational Responsibilities
  • Lead Employee Engagement Survey: Own and lead the full Employee Engagement Survey process, from vendor selection and execution to analysis and action planning.
  • Establish Governance Structures: Establish governance structures for recognition, well-being, DE&I, and other engagement-driven initiatives, ensuring they are implemented effectively by the respective departments.
  • Cascade Engagement Initiatives: Ensure strong adoption of engagement initiatives by working with HRBPs and Business Leaders to cascade, embed, and measure impact.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ Years of Experience: 10+ years of experience in Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, or HR, preferably in FMCG or multinational environments.
  • Strategic Stakeholder Management: Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships to ensure employee engagement is a company-wide priority.
  • Change Leadership: Lead engagement initiatives that foster cultural transformation and long-term organizational success.
  • Resilience and Adaptability: Ability to navigate and influence in a complex, matrixed environment without direct authority.
