Global Supply Chain Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled Global Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining partnerships with key sub-contractors and service providers for project execution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supplier & Sub-Contractor Management:
    • Establish and maintain partnerships with key sub-contractors and service providers for project execution.
    • Negotiate terms, manage performance, and ensure alignment with project requirements.
  • Technical Solutions & Project Planning:
    • Develop and implement effective technical solutions for complex project logistics.
    • Provide expertise in engineering solutions for heavy-lift and oversized cargo, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.
  • Business Development & Market Expansion:
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities in project logistics, focusing on heavy-lift and oversized cargo solutions.
    • Lead sales efforts, including prospecting, client engagement, and contract negotiations, to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor for technical and logistical challenges.
    • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business by delivering exceptional service and value-added solutions.
Our Expectations:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in OOG or heavy-lift logistics, preferably within an international context.
  • An engineering background or strong project management experience (managing the full lifecycle of a project).
  • Proficiency in specialized transport equipment and heavy machinery for oversized cargo.
  • Experience of working with multinational teams and managing complex logistics projects.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • A preference for candidates with their own customer portfolio.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • A self-motivated, results-driven individual able to work independently as well as part of a team.
