Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Technician to join our team at فرح اكسبيرينسيز. As a key member of our Show Technology Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our audio, video, and lighting systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular checks and maintenance on lighting, audio, and video systems to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance.
  • Corrective Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair equipment in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations.
  • System Setup and Operation: Configure and operate audio, lighting, and video systems for live events and exhibitions.
  • Cleaning and Organization: Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas and equipment, including regular cleaning of audio, lighting, and video systems.
  • Equipment Testing and Labeling: Test and label various types of cables and products before, during, and after installation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Rack Assembly and Installation: Assemble and install equipment racks and systems to ensure proper functionality and safety.
  • System Testing and Handover: Conduct thorough testing of individual attraction systems and hand over to the Operations Department to ensure seamless transition.
Requirements
  • Technical Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of audio, video, and lighting systems, including single-line diagrams and rack elevation diagrams.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults and system issues.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively report equipment faults, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with team members.
  • Adaptability: Ability to learn and understand new products and solutions offered by the Show Technology Department.
