The Perfect Candidate:

We are looking for a highly skilled Heating and Cooling Engineer to join our team at IIQAFGROUP. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing installations, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of air conditioning systems.



Key Accountabilities:
  1. Install, repair, and maintain air conditioning systems to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.
  2. Conduct regular diagnostic tests to identify potential issues and implement prompt repairs.
  3. Replace or repair defective components to restore proper functionality and minimize downtime.
  4. Work closely with customers to understand their air conditioning needs and provide suitable recommendations.
  5. Ensure strict compliance with all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  6. Maintain accurate records of all service and maintenance work for future reference.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills.


Required Attributes:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification in air conditioning repair and maintenance.
  • Proven experience as a Heating and Cooling Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of different types of air conditioning systems and their operation.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
