Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk & Control Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for updating risk assessments and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for the Customer Experience group, maintaining records, and providing reports to the line manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update risk assessments and KRIs for the Customer Experience group
  • Maintain records and provide reports to the line manager
  • Work with units within the group to keep their Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) up to date
  • Design and implement inter/intra departmental processes and SLAs to enhance customer service
  • Prepare and support the line manager in preparing analytical periodic reports
  • Review and update processes, risks, and controls to ensure effective operational risk management
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in contact center, customer service, or problem-solving roles
  • Knowledge of banking laws, policies, procedures, and practices
  • Banking experience in operational risk management
  • Previous experience in MIS, reporting, and analysis roles is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field
