The Senior Art Director will lead and direct the Creative Department, overseeing the successful execution of campaigns through visually compelling and strategically effective work.

This role requires a deep understanding of client business objectives, collaboration with Account Management leadership, and the ability to harness and manage creative talent and agency resources.

The Senior Art Director will guide the conceptual development of multi-platform campaigns, working closely with other Art Directors and Copywriters to oversee the creation of layouts and finished print materials.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute visually compelling campaigns, meeting tight deadlines with efficiency and precision.
  2. Ensure consistency and integrity from original concept to final execution.
  3. Promote high standards of design while originating and developing visual concepts.
  4. Contribute to brand strategy and creative development to elevate client advertising.
  5. Maintain and enforce high creative standards for brand consistency and quality control.
  6. Manage relationships between Creative and Account Management teams, ensuring collaboration and client focus.
