About Our Center:

The Small Steps Big Dreams Learning Difficulties Center is committed to providing exceptional care and education for children with special needs.

Job Summary:

This role requires a highly motivated and compassionate professional to join our team as a Behavioral Therapist/RBT. You will work closely with our BCBA supervisor to develop and implement ABA therapy programs that cater to the unique needs of our learners.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the health and safety of each child in the Center at all times.
  2. Support students with daily living skills, such as health and personal hygiene, as needed.
  3. Provide ABA therapy in a school setting, working closely with teachers and staff.
  4. Maintain accurate records of program materials and learner progress.
  5. Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  2. Training and experience in RBT/ABAT/IBT programs.
