Job Purpose:

Responsible for assisting team leads in analyzing requirements, performing impact analysis of change requests, and conducting gap analysis between existing and proposed solutions. The resource should be able to write specifications and perform coding.

The resource should also be able to design databases, develop, and test software components by converting project requirements using Oracle 10g, advanced PL/SQL programming technologies coupled with Java and J2EE technology.

The resource should also be able to conduct peer code reviews and assist in implementation.

Person responsible for collecting information related to projects and delivering assignments against agreed baselines.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze requirements and perform impact analysis.
  • Design and develop applications.
  • Prepare project-related technical documentation and CMMI documents.
  • Conduct gap analysis between existing solution and proposed changes.
  • Perform unit testing on delivered solutions.
  • Conduct problem analysis and bug fixes.
  • Support change and release management.
