Layan Real Estate LLC is seeking a Property Listing Coordinator to manage our properties' advertisements and listings across various portals and developers.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Create and manage user accounts on our CRM system.
  2. Ensure timely password distribution and verification.
  3. Add new properties for sale or rent to our CRM, adhering to approved listing criteria.
  4. Review and approve all additions made by other users prior to publication.
  5. Provide constructive feedback through notes if listings do not meet approved standards.
  6. Establish and maintain relationships with external portals.
  7. Publish listings on relevant portals and our website via our CRM system.
  8. Update property descriptions in response to changes in pricing, offers, or other relevant factors.
  9. Update property status based on updates from Finance/Property Management regarding bookings or deal closures.
  10. Deactivate listings upon completion of deals.
Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as the primary point of contact between Layan Group and all involved portals.
  2. Evaluate the validity and accuracy of listings.
  3. Closely monitor the quality of listings.
  4. Ensure daily updates to maximize listing efficiency.
  5. Daily monitoring of listings to avoid excess usage that may result in penalties.
  6. Analyze statistics reports from each portal.
  7. Prepare comparative analyses of different portals.
  8. Submit reports to management.
  9. Participate in training sessions conducted by portals.
  10. Coordinate training with portals.
Requirements:

A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in an Admin Role, preferably in Real Estate in UAE.

Skills:
  1. Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
  2. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  3. Advanced user of MS Office applications with excellent computer skills; customer service oriented.
