We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to drive digital-first campaigns and maximize the success of our latest product launch. As a key member of our marketing team, you will develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to engage HCPs and patients, ensuring regulatory compliance and measurable impact.

Your Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive launch success and long-term brand growth.
• Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and colleagues from other departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Manage relationships with internal teams and external partners to optimize digital channels, analyze performance, and refine campaigns to drive growth.
• Provide strategic recommendations on how to move forward based on data analysis and market insights.
• Translate clinical data into compelling content for various audiences (HCPs and patients).

Your Qualifications
• 5–7 years of healthcare digital marketing experience in the U.S. market, with expertise in regulated products (pharma/medical devices).
• Proven success in HCP engagement (webinars) and patient-focused strategies (social media, testimonials).
• In-depth knowledge of FDA marketing regulations.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn (HCP targeting), Facebook/Instagram/TikTok (patient education), YouTube (storytelling), and Google Analytics.
• Ability to develop clear, audience-specific messaging.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Strategy, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
