Precision Hire Solution is on the lookout for an experienced and talented Lead Mobile Application Engineer with a robust background in mobile development. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of practical experience in both Android and iOS platforms, utilizing the Flutter framework. This role not only requires technical prowess but also the ability to guide and mentor a team of developers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in hands-on development for mobile applications across Android and iOS using the Flutter framework.
  • Design and implement scalable, maintainable mobile solutions.
  • Oversee and direct a team of developers in the creation and deployment of mobile applications.
  • Offer technical support, mentorship, and guidance to team members.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver high-quality applications.
  • Conduct comprehensive code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical challenges and bottlenecks in the development process.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize application performance and enhance user experience.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation, including technical specifications and system architecture.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development with a focus on Flutter.
  • Proficient in both Android and iOS development using the Flutter framework.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
