Operations Director - Key Role in Restaurant Expansion

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee the launch of new projects and direct day-to-day operations. This is a key role in our expansion strategy, requiring a strong leader with exceptional standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Critical Path Management: Direct and ensure timely completion of tasks for venue openings, fulfilling critical path requirements.
  • Pre-Opening Process: Manage construction, obtain necessary licenses, select vendors and suppliers, develop operational templates, and oversee checklists.
  • Team Building: Recruit and build top teams, aligning them with each venue's mission and values.
  • Operational Performance: Drive overall operational and business performance, working with the leadership team to set clear objectives and key results.
  • Financial Planning: Manage financial planning and budgeting, ensuring targets are achieved, and taking ownership of P&L statements.
  • Cost Control: Recommend and implement cost controls through analysis of sales trends and POS reports.
  • Quality Standards: Ensure high levels of quality, operational, and hygienic standards are consistently met.
  • Licensing Compliance: Ensure adherence to licensing laws, public and employee safety, while maintaining local food safety standards.
  • Growth Strategy: Develop and execute growth strategies for each venue.
