Job Title: BIM Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a BIM Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team of CAD/Revit Technicians in the production of Fire & Life Safety, Fire Engineering Systems, and Security Revit Models and AutoCAD Drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of CAD/Revit Technicians to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.
  • Develop and implement BIM management strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with engineers and team leaders to understand workload and distribute tasks effectively.
  • Use workload forecasting tools to manage short, medium, and long-term workload.
  • Ensure technical quality and adherence to QA/QC processes.
  • Train technicians in Revit where required.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Coordinate with BIM/Revit/CAD Managers from other regions to distribute excess workload.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years industry experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience with Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with BIM.
  • Must have AutoCAD and Revit experience.
  • Specifically have experience in a facet of Fire and Life Safety, Fire Systems Engineering, and/or Security CAD/Revit/BIM production.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
