Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and meet customer needs.

  • Maintain accurate records of project documentation and reports to facilitate future reference.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 6-10 years of project management experience, preferably in a banking environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects within timelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate challenging situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Desirable Skills:
  • Project Management Certifications (PMP or similar).
  • Experience working with PPM tools, JIRA, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence.
  • Good knowledge of resource allocation procedures.
