About the JobThis is a dynamic and challenging position that requires strong technical knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks, daily visual inspections on major data center equipment, and repairing and maintaining a wide range of HVAC, plumbing, and ELV equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Perform routine building maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment.
- Conduct daily visual inspections on major data center equipment to identify any issues or anomalies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs and records of all maintenance functions.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, etc.) and minimum 5 years of experience in facilities equipment maintenance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD software, good knowledge of mechanical systems, cooling systems, and ELV systems.
