We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Specialist to join our team at Business Bay, Dubai. This role involves supporting the accounting department with various financial tasks and ensuring accurate financial records in compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts receivable, and payable.
  2. Assist senior accountants in preparing and submitting tax returns to ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
  3. Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
  4. Analyze financial information for management reports in collaboration with the accounting team.
  5. Keep accurate records of financial transactions and properly file supporting documentation.
  6. Prepare financial statements and reports, such as income statements and balance sheets.
  7. Monitor and reconcile client accounts for timely billing and collections.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
  • 1-2 years experience in auditing or financial experience, preferably in tax advisory.
  • Knowledge of UAE tax laws and accounting principles is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and accounting applications.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
