AARYA PESCO is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in the UAE.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, procedures, audits, and quality plans.

  • Minimum four years of experience in Quality Assurance
  • Familiarity with ISO standards (certifications are an advantage)
  • Strong understanding of quality audits, procedures, and compliance
  • Must be a UAE resident, available to join immediately or on short notice
Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct quality audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  2. Develop and implement quality procedures and plans to improve overall quality performance
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports of quality activities and results
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
  • Experience with ISO 9001, GMP, Six Sigma, or relevant industry standards
  • Strong knowledge of testing, inspection, and auditing processes
  • Familiarity with QA tools and software (e.g., JIRA, LIMS, Selenium)
