Schindler Group is a leading global provider of elevators, escalators, and related services. We are currently seeking an experienced Elevator Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dubai.
About the Role- You will be responsible for performing all service, call-backs, and repairs on customer equipment in an efficient and effective manner.
- You will respond to all call-backs assigned in a timely manner and be available for coverage during regular work hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections and repairs, to ensure seamless elevator operation.
- Customer Communication: Maintain open communication with customers regarding equipment condition, preventive and corrective repairs, and discretionary modernizations.
- Collaboration: Work cooperatively with other technicians to provide exceptional customer satisfaction.
- ITI or diploma holder, or vocational/technical course certificate holder
- Minimum of two years' service/maintenance experience in the elevator and escalator industry
- Proven track record in testing and commissioning is an added advantage
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal
