  • Handle product addition, modification, and updates on our eCommerce site, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Update promotional banners and manage pricing adjustments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Implement and modify website design and features to enhance user experience and functionality, aligning with our brand identity.
  • Generate and update reports on eCommerce and marketplace performance, providing insights for business growth and improvement.
  • Assist the call center with fleet route applications and support for third-party services, ensuring seamless customer support.
  • Upload and update product information and pricing as needed, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide support with third-party applications, including customer communication and liaison with the support team for application-related issues.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience working in the retail industry, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, with a strong foundation in digital marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English languages, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
