At Parsons, we're committed to delivering innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs. As a Proposal Specialist, you'll play a key role in developing and executing proposals that showcase our expertise.
Job Description:
- Performs detailed analysis of solicitation documents to assess requirements and build compliance matrices, schedules, and annotated outlines.
- Collaborates with capture team members and subject matter experts (SMEs) to guide proposal development efforts through the BAP.
- Reviews proposal drafts and final documents for compliance, responsiveness, thoroughness, accuracy, and quality.
- Establishes a print production schedule and resource plan to ensure required proposal documents are produced properly and delivered on time.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years experience with minimum 3 years experience in proposals
- Native or fluent French language proficiency (mandatory)
- APMP certification preferred
