Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in business intelligence in the health insurance industry.
  • Actuarial/Underwriting background is highly regarded, although not mandatory.
  • Strong proficiency in analytics tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
