Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds sales KPIs and profitability objectives through effective planning and expense control.
  • Maintain high standards of customer experience in alignment with our brand values and service expectations.
  • Oversee accurate processing of sales, exchanges, refunds, and discounts at the cash register, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Support the Store Manager in training, developing, and evaluating team performance.
  • Analyze customer profiles, purchasing trends, and competitive insights to drive business growth alongside the Store Manager.
  • Take responsibility for loss prevention and operational compliance; manage inventory and shrinkage goals; oversee physical inventory counts.
  • Assist the Store Manager in executing marketing initiatives and events.
