**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Account Director to lead our social media efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their objectives, and delivering creative solutions using strong presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social teams and existing clients.
- Oversee account and social teams.
- Create and implement a social strategy for pitches and existing clients.
- Develop original, fresh, and engaging content.
- Run various clients and social media channels.
- Continuously monitor and respond to trends and online conversations.
- Plan, create, and deliver monthly social calendars.
- Contribute to brainstorms and discussions.
- Participate in or create conversations, identify advocates, and run competitions.
- Suggest and write content for emails and blogs.
- Assist with the development of a strategy for social media channels.
- Build relationships with fans and influencers, respond to fan and customer queries/concerns/problems with quality solutions and support.
- Work closely with the team to understand and participate in ongoing marketing and campaign activities.
- Analyze, optimize, and report on community performance.
