Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
  • Manage transactions with customers using cash registers, ensuring accurate pricing and efficient processing.
  • Scan goods and verify pricing to ensure accuracy.
  • Collect payments in cash or credit, issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets as needed.
  • Redeem stamps and coupons, and cross-sell products to increase sales.
  • Resolve customer complaints, provide guidance, and offer relevant information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management
  • Monitor stock movements and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Check inventory levels regularly and update management with up-to-date data.
  • Requirements and Skills
  • Work experience in the garments field as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role.
  • Experience in sales and promoting products.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and proficiency in EXCEL and WORD documents.
  • Familiarity with electronic equipment, such as making sales invoices in the system and updating day-to-day sales in the cash register.
  • Good math skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Customer satisfaction-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Arabic speaking is a must to serve Arab customers.
