About the Role
IIQAFGROUP is seeking a skilled Procurement Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing suppliers to contract negotiations and supplier selection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities and qualifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop procurement strategies that meet their needs.
- Monitor and track supplier performance and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and applicable legal requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Procurement Officer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of procurement and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of contract management and supplier relationship management.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
