  2. Project Management: Plan, schedule, and execute multiple content creation projects simultaneously from initial concept to final delivery.
  3. Post-Production: Edit photos and videos to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and are consistent with our school's brand identity.
  4. Innovation and Creativity: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in photography and videography, integrating new techniques and tools to enhance content creation.
  5. Brand Consistency: Ensure that all visual content produced is consistent with our school's branding guidelines and contributes positively to our school's image.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the Marketing and Communications team as well as other departments to ensure that content meets the needs of all stakeholders.
  7. Event Coverage: Provide comprehensive visual coverage for school events, including ceremonies, sports days, performances, and other special occasions.
  8. Content Distribution: Prepare and format visual content for distribution across multiple platforms, ensuring it meets the specific requirements of each medium.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Photography, Videography, Film Production, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in photography and videography, preferably within an educational or corporate setting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent software.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of photography and videography work, particularly in capturing dynamic environments and storytelling.
  • Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in drone photography/videography.
  • Familiarity with educational settings and an understanding of the unique challenges in this environment.
  • Ability to create 360 virtual tours or panoramic photography.
