Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, developing and implementing financial strategies, and contributing to the development of costing systems and procedures.
Key Accountabilities:
- Direct and review the analysis and interpretation of financial information for use in management decision making.
- Preparation of monthly management accounts (Profit and Loss/Balance Sheet) and reconciliation of balance sheet schedules.
- Review, analyse, and report project results in relation to budgets and other key performance indicators.
- Provision to management and Board periodical KPI reports to assist in measurement of performance by contract, region, and function.
- Preparation of financial budgets for incorporation in company business plans.
Requirements:
- Total of 10-15 years of experience, with at least 5 in a senior accounting role with management experience.
- Strong technical accounting and financial management knowledge and experience.
- Stature, maturity, and presence to win respect and support at all levels and represent the company to the highest levels.
- Proven people management skills with hands-on approach.
- Commercial acumen with a focus on delivering results.
