Main Purpose of the Job:

To deliver high-quality administrative services that enable our nursing and medical staff to focus on providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to Clinic Physicians, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflows.
  2. Offer exceptional patient administration support in the Outpatient setting, prioritizing their needs and comfort.
  3. Ensure that clinical and non-clinical stock is adequately managed and controlled, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  4. Promote patient satisfaction through proactive engagement and resolution of concerns.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical insurance information, facilitating smooth claims processing.
Required Education and Experience:

A High School Diploma or equivalent (Grade 12) is essential, with at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role within a healthcare setting. Desired qualifications include experience in a similar position within the Healthcare industry.

Required Skills and Knowledge:
  • Basic medical terminology to effectively communicate with medical staff.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of patient care support procedures to prioritize patient needs.
  • Insurance claim procedures to ensure accurate and timely claims processing.
  • Stock control principles and management to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English to engage with patients and colleagues.
