Better Homes is seeking an exceptional Senior Design and Advertising Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our off-plan real estate marketing efforts.

About the Role:

This senior-level position demands a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, particularly within the real estate sector, and a proven ability to optimize ad campaigns for maximum performance and ROI. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads platforms to promote off-plan real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ad Campaign Management & Optimization
    • Set up and expertly manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads platforms to promote off-plan real estate projects.
    • Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance, rigorously focusing on maximizing return on investment (ROI) and achieving lead generation and sales targets.
    • Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives and audience targeting parameters to identify and leverage top-performing elements, ensuring ongoing campaign improvement.
    • Establish robust tracking mechanisms and generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance.
  • Content and Visual Creation
    • Design and produce high-impact digital advertisements in both static and animated formats, tailored for various online platforms.
    • Create visually engaging graphics and videos optimized for social media platforms to enhance brand presence and audience engagement.
    • Develop compelling website banners and graphics that align with marketing campaigns and enhance user experience.
    • Email marketing templates, landing page designs, brochures, flyers, and other print collateral as needed to complement digital campaigns.
  • Email & WhatsApp Marketing
    • Develop and execute visually appealing and engaging email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote off-plan projects.
    • Devise and implement WhatsApp marketing strategies to cultivate engagement with potential clients, disseminate property information effectively, and stimulate inquiries.
  • Brand & Market Awareness
    • Ensure all marketing materials consistently adhere to Better Homes' brand guidelines.
    • Proactively stay informed on the latest trends in digital design and real estate marketing, with a specific focus on the off-plan sector, and monitor competitor activities.
    • Collaborate closely with the marketing team, sales team, and other relevant stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of project requirements and marketing objectives.
    About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or a closely related field. Minimum 8-10 years of demonstrable experience in digital design, with a significant and proven focus on managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for off-plan real estate.
