This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Head of Financial Operations at IQ-EQ. You will be responsible for managing the finance function, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements;
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accuracy and transparency;
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives;
  • Implement effective financial controls and risk management procedures;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and adapt accordingly.
Requirements
  • CA / CPA / ACCA qualification;
  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in a financial management role;
  • Proven track record in financial planning and analysis;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
