We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Strategist to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our tax team, you will be responsible for developing and executing corporate tax strategies aligned with group objectives and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the tax team to develop and implement tax strategies that align with group objectives and regulations.
- Review monthly tax provision calculations and reconcile to ledger to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee the annual tax compliance process to ensure accurate and timely filings.
- Perform detailed reviews of deferred tax calculations to ensure adherence to accounting standards.
- Lead transfer pricing initiatives to optimize the global tax position and comply with international guidelines.
- Provide tax expertise for mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions, including due diligence and post-transaction integration.
- Strong understanding of corporate tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
